Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Will be funny if Scheierman ends up playing bigger positionally than Hauser does. Shorter guy but has the rebounding chops, and maybe he ends up more forward with Sam more of a wing.

Baylor has added 20 pounds of muscle, according to a report.

Well, Jordan Poole is an NBA champion, Towns is the greatest shooting big man ever, and Tim Hardaway once made 5 three-pointers in a quarter of a Finals game. Baylor in good company.

Do not draft a specialized sharpshooter
Getting Nesmith vibes here. At least he was athletic with high energy and is a good defender right now
Hope he will pan out with a lot of time in Main. He is not the dog PP is, so not a lot of hope (I will gladly eat crow in a couple of years)

Baylor Scheierman grabbed more defensive rebounds than any division 1 player in the 21st century and averaged four assists his senior year. He is not just a shooter.

Nesmith actually flashed on the court while here. This guy looks like a worse RJ Hunter. Small school, upper classman, game was supposed to translate to the pros….no dice

It's sort of worst case scenario. As the last pick in the first round, Rico has the first round guarantee, but hasn't shown first round talent.

I looked at his college footage again and now wonder what the fuss was all about. The verdict is still out, though. Hopefully he'll be up in Maine working on getting it together. Baylor is a competitor, he may carve out a role in the league. Gives me Nik Stauskas vibes so far though, with less athleticism.

I basically agree with her sentiment as we were ready to ship JWalsh out of town like three months ago.

Just seems weird to have a journalist being that blatantly telling people what to do.

She's relatively new. Still has that Celtics fan deeply ingrained in her. Unlike Kevin O'Connor or Zach Lowe.

She's done this with Garden Report and with Bobby M.

I don't mind it at all, Noa is cut from a different cloth. She meets with these young players during interviews and unlike some other journalists and fans doesn't throw them under the bus after a couple bad games. It's refreshing.

Aside from Himmelsbach, who is connected and in his own tier, Noa Dalzell is as good as anyone covering the Celtics. She reports different angles from everyone else, asks her own questions, and is continuously interesting.

Also she's right in this case. Young players do get judged too quickly, in both directions.

Yeah she does a good job. Still think it’s sort of a step too far to directly tell people what to do/not do, but I’m also fine chalking it up to inexperience or just girl pass behavior.

On a side note I do get this weird feeling she doesn’t really like Bobby M lol. Like there is some weird back story there.

I don’t speak French, but I think you misspelled oui, because I know you don’t mean “we” as in English? “We” weren’t ready, I give them a bit of time, I know it’s over for JD but my hope still lingers. Walsh is my binkie of all binkies, he’s gonna be KL-lite after all!

Rico was terrible in the main thing that got people hyped, they’ll turn on anyone quickly, but I’ll be riding with him as long as he’s a Celtics!

Edit; doesn’t mean if he’s here and not good I wouldn’t want a better replacement. It just means I’m going to support him while he’s here.
NAME ON THE FRONT OF THE JERSEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(!)

Return to Boston Celtics
