Is this the guy LeBron said this about?

I see this pop up a lot.. you know LeBron was trying to highlight how bad some of the players were playing that day.

Akin to saying "my grandmother could do better", one is not saying their grandmother is uncle drew with this expression, it's a way to express how bad the NBA players looked.

Bronny was not the best player on his high school team at the time. Yes he's boosting his son but mostly this was a jab at the basketball he was watching.

And yeah, Bronny is just not hitting 3s, he looks too nervous to play NBA. In practice he shoots as well as anyone on the team, it's probably a mental hurdle, it happens but he may never overcome it (see Reddish).

Bronny is an NBA player defensively, so it comes down to him sorting out himself offensively.
Still, I think it's more likely than not that he gets another contract after his 4 seasons are up, time and opportunity are on his side.

It’s hilarious that people were so low on Edey. Like.. man won player of the year twice, put up big numbers and they thought he wouldn’t translate because he’s not a stretch big?

I never understood that, either. He's going to be a solid player and develop into a stud in the middle. MEM getting him was a steal and Edey will make those teams who passed on him regret it more than they might already.

The bigger concern was his foot speed on defense. It didn't look like he would be able to keep up at all and would kill a team by getting hunted on switches. To his credit he's looked a lot more nimble than most thought he would. Good pick for the Grizz. He's exactly what they needed.
From a fundamental standpoint it is better for a man to have nothing but be under the protection of Jesus Christ than for him to have everything he could ever want yet be completely without.

He’s been there 4 years lmao. He won the title with them.

I know. What I'm saying is that where was he last yr? All I heard about was Podiminski (or whatever spelling) Klay and is Kuminga ready. To see him on the court threw me off cause I don't even remember him playing that much last season lol

Andrew Wiggins has a superpower, he can disappear at will. ;)

I think having him as the 11th best prospect was fair especially given his age. Having him 20th or lower was bad though

He had a massive down year that was maybe driven by stuff in his personal life.

Detroit starting Tim Hardaway Jr seems like a waste to me.

Lonzo has been extremely solid on both sides of the court. Obviously really hard to project if his knees can hold up, but if they do, he absolutely could have a Shaun Livingston type of career revival.

Klay looks washed in this role. Playing next to Luka & Kyrie, he'll look different.

Why would they play Klay with Luka & Kyrie when they've got Quentin? Grimes will look fantastic in that role.

This is the year where, even with the flat odds, being the worst team could really pay off, as it guarantees a top 5 pick with 5 top prospects (Cooper, Ace Bailey, VJ Edgecombe, Harper, Traore). It'll be hard to out-tank them.

I haven't watched Brooklyn yet, but on paper, I kinda like what the Wizards could have with Poole - Coulibaly - Sarr - Kuzma - Valenciunas. Whereas Brooklyn looks like they'll need a Ben Simmons revenge tour and an MIP season or two, just to top 15 wins.
