The only ones I can think are Nash and maybe Bird, and for Bird you would need to assume Steph's handling wouldn't translate at that height.
I think you need a goat level passer who is also an elite shooter.
I suspect you could say Jokic as well, but being such a different role it's hard to imagine. And he's not a HOFer!
