Not bad. Starters left the game with a nice lead.

I like the overall game, but 4-23 in preseason from 3P land seems a bit inexcusable.

Especially from the best shooting Center of the modern era. And WTF is going on with Bridges?

KAT’s shooting will be fine. Mikal has to go back to his old form when his last season at PHX and first half season with the Nets. It was lethal.

He did. He added a hitch at the top.

This has been.my concern with the Randle trade. The team is one dimendional offensively.

I didn't watch the game. Who can we blame for the loss?

I'm not worried about Mikal and Towns

Guys can be on fire in preseason then do do for weeks and months to start a season, and vice versa

I just think our ball movement is not fluid with a lot of guys like OG and Mikal and Josh have the same types of game, similar roles that do not necessarily complement each other

Divo would be extremely useful here his off ball movement creates opportunities for himself and teammates, and he can also absolutely create on the ball, that's why losing him is imo a bigger deal than losing iHart, you don't simply replace a player 3rd in 3p makes with the types of shots and opportunities he's generating for himself and his teammates on and off the ball... but I'm moving on painful as it is

---

Chemistry: 2.5/5 stars, mainly for starters, obviously it can get better as they get more used to and comfortable playing with each other

I think our team talent (KAT, JB, Mikal, OG, Precious, Kolek, Pac, Josh) makes up for our team's lack of chemistry so far

I’d do…

Kat, hart, Mikal, OG, Brunson
Bench: Precious, deuce, Payne, and Dadiet (12 mins)

Embrace small ball… more switching and trapping off picks instead of drop coverage plz.

Pretty rare to get this kind of self appraisal from a pro athlete.

No worries.. Mikal will get better.
We have been through Elfrids & Bullocks..
Also glad Randle is off our team.
Can't wait for the Boston game.
It will be a fun season.

Hart is too passive right now, we don't need him to be a 20ppg guy but 10-13ppg has to be the bar for him for us to be a contender. He's hot potatoing the ball as soon as he gets it and doesn't look at the rim when he's open.

he is so good going down hill on the fast break...he has turned down a few opportunities to attack his defender on the fast break.

Kolek and Dadiet both look like they can contribute. About Kolek, it's crazy how similar his game is to Jokubaitis. They are basically the same player.

I also might consider Deuce in starting lineup and move Hart to the bench. That also moves Mikal to the SF role and he doesn't have to be forced to shoot so many 3's (its not his game to be a high volume 3 pt shooter).

He's been gross, people can point out the +/- all they want, his passivity is nasty. I was hoping what he did in the playoffs would carry over, but he's been bad Josh so far

Our new shooters (Mikal, Kat, and Payne) got 1/21 from deep in this game.

I really feel he's trying to be overly accommodating to his new teammates.
