Badgers at Wildcats -10/19/24 - 11:00 - BTN

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Fri Oct 18, 2024 10:00 pm

Northwestern is 3-3 and is playing in a small temporary "stadium" while Ryan Field is being rebuild. They've beaten Miami (OH), Eastern Illinois and Maryland, lost to Duke, Washington and Indiana. Badgers are 7.5 point favorites. Like to keep it going after the last 2 weeks and heading into the Penn State game at home next week.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Wisconsin should win this, but Northwestern always seems to give us trouble or even beat us when we shouldn't. Just hoping to get a W
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Remember when we hung 70 on them in 2010? We should do that again imo.

Definitely a let down so far.. Our defense will keep us in this but I am anticipating heartbreaking loss unless something drastically changes.

Locke really needs to develop some touch.

Also seems to need to get a lot better throwing on the move. Maybe that’s touch related?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a guy get the ball tipped more than Locke

I feel so old Everytime I see a son of a player I remember watching in college playing in college or the pros. It feels like yesterday I was watching Calvin Johnson get drafted, now his son is on Northwestern?

Also it sucks to be 5'11 185lbs when you're dad was Megatron.

I'm fine with punting but if you're gonna run the clock out, don't call a timeout. Northwestern will just run the clock out..leave it alone

The 52 yard FG on 4th and 2 (punt is totally fine in a college game like this! Or go for it obviously)

Thinking you can score from your own 5 in 40 seconds.

Masterclass by this idiot at NW.
