Bad free throw shooting teams
Good free throw shooting has a slightly positive (0.54) correlation to winning, but bad team free throw shooting has a weak correlation to making the playoffs (0.3). Are we destined to not win much but maybe make the playoffs this year?

Re: Bad free throw shooting teams
Huh? Can you unpack that a bit more with an explanation of our current FT% and the predicted outlook for the year?
It would seem that simply stating that a bad FT% results in making the playoffs, other pieces of the puzzle are missing. Since we know that scoring at a higher percentage means better efficiency and the way that we decide who wins is determined by points scored, this is a pretty poor analysis.
