Is Olynyk actually injured? I just assumed they were sitting him to give Bruno tryout minutes

When he sat the first game he missed they said he was dealing with a back issue. I don't like the fact that it's persisted, because back issues can be tricky, especially for a big guy.

But I'm not aware that this is a problem that Olynyk has had before, so hopefully they were just keeping him out as a precautionary measure since he's a veteran and presumably won't need as much time to get into the rhythm of game action.

The best way to recover from low back acute episode is controlled exercises + give it time. At least for me. Don't force it.

Fernando is a waste of roster space, we should've kept Carlsen for at least some floor spacing. Fernando does nothing well that any one else can't replicate, cept making his foul rate, he's elite there.

Happy to see Battle stayed, hopefully he can be one of those sneaky pickups Masai used to be good at.

Carlson is getting bodied like a rag doll out there. Fernando does not. The team needs a legitimate big to back up Jakob.

lol it's literally the opposite. The 2nd rounder has a way easier time dictating on where they get drafted. Shead was demanding guarteed dollars,
Other players refuse 2ways all the time which leads to them sliding or going undrafted.

Because there are no guaranteed contracts, 2nd round picks and their agents can say/ do things to deter teams from picking them..

Mentioned that due to Gleague rules...it would make sense that he joins 905(maybe a $ thing) but then would not control if another team wants to sign him...Raps couldn't stop it.

But really, Chomche should be getting all the minutes he can handle at C on 905 so Carlson would get what is left

This guy is going to be the new Moses Brown.

We had Sharp in for draft workouts. He could end up the next Brown in that he doesn't reach his potential, but 7'5 is freaky tall. We are now in the Wemby era and you need size like that.

Definitely not someone I would call young (25 and counting) but, there's no harm in seeing more of a 7ft guy who can shoot a 3.

always have loved a huge center that blocks everything. They generally are more fun than they are productive, but every 2k team I have ever built I always have a massive center who can do nothing but block shots
