None of our kickers the last couple yrs would have made 1 of those fg's, let alone both. The kicking game makes a difference!

Give Whelan a game ball for his punts and for that hold.

The D deserved this win. They could have pitched a shut out with better help from the other guys.

Defense held them under 200 yards. They won this game.

Great game!!! Biggest weakness fixed (kicker). Proved we can win a game while losing the turnover battle.

That they did. Pulling out a win when your offense/st turn it over 3 times is hard to do

Defense, Whelan and Doubs came through in the clutch.

That was a deserved win. Regardless if they would have gotten it, it's the game that had to make you feel the best about the outlook, cuz they won territorially. Didn't protect the ball, but neither did the opponents previously, so that's a 2-way street.

Removing Quay from the equation made a big difference to the d, at least in the passing game. They weren't getting so many of those checkdowns & crossing routes. Run d wasn't much better, but still feel like a couple more holes were plugged.
