This game couldn't have gone worse but it's for the best cause it keeps proving that Schoen and especially Daboll are not the answer here. Scheon has drafted some nice young players so he will get another year but overall it's been a disaster. And Daboll just sucks. He had a really good first season but the last 2 years have been some of the worst coaching I've ever seen and we've seen a lot of it here. His teams don't play hard all the time, the scheme doesn't work, there are no adjustments, he coaches scared and his post games offer zero hope. Close your eyes and you'd think it's McAdoo, Shurmur or Judge up there saying the same ****.

I know Saquon had a monster game, which was expected, but I still think one of the best decisions this putrid regime did was letting him go. Saquon wouldn't have been able to run like this behind Josh Ezeudoodoo. Goes to show you how valuable and irreplicable AT is.

It's not 100% his fault but it's time to move on from Jones. IT'S BEEN TIME! He plays hard and seems like a nice guy but it's time to break up for everyone involved. He's 100% going to get hurt if he keeps playing anyways. Lock isn't good and won't do much better either but just getting a new guy in there will be best for all. Put Tommy Cutlets in there, idgaf, just get Jones out of there.

But it's not 100% all on Jones. The OL was embarrassing. And it wasn't just Ezeudoodoo! Eluemunor, JMS and Singletary also gave up sacks and pressures. And of course Jones holds onto the ball too long and the receivers can't get open. Have to also blame the scheme and playcalling. It's just a nightmare on offense. Looks like 1950s football. No passing TD's in 6 home games! And we almost had one but the rook got a OPI smh.

I'd bench Banks for the next game. His effort was inexcusable! Makes you wonder if gambling was involved but the score was out of hand. And why would you put a practice squad DB one on one against Brown on that 4th down and double Paris Campbell on the other side?!

It just sucks right now. Apathy is setting in. Your going to see empty seats at Metlife going forward, which is Mara's nightmare. Honestly don't know what the answer is. Getting a new QB sounds nice and all but it's not just a QB issue here. There is a culture issue. We're one of those franchises that just can't seem to get it right. I feel hopeless honestly.

The Giants season someone turned around last year when AT came back healthy. He is out for the year and we saw what the Oline has looked like without him. This will not be a competitive offense the rest of the season. And the defense gave up yesterday.

That’s the most embarrassing thing. Cause the defense had pride up untill yesterday

If the Defense packs it for the rest of the year we can’t even steal games no more. The defense was the biggest threat to the tank.

Schoen can not build a roster.

Any adversity to the roster and it always falls apart.
Good GMs create depth.

He hardly can spot starters so you know the depth chart is ass.

Garbage GM who should have never been here in the first place.

I really hope he is gone. Him and DaBum need to go asap.

yup the defense was keeping them in games for the most part but they packed in there bags yesterday. The gapping holes in the running game people making business decisions.

The offense was never going to be a top unit but at times it looked passable with the decent oline play. Now we lost AT I don't see anyway this unit is passable. We will have no time to throw and its not like DJ was good at the deep ball to begin with.

At some point its going to be DeVito time because you can't risk DJ getting hurt. Drew Lock is a lot worse than Daniel Jones which is sad

Why in God's name would they put Ezudu back at LT after last season? He was drafted as a guard. Play him there.

I don't think I can really believe that Neal, who was a blue chipper at LT, would be worse. He should be playing with AT out.

The defense was playing really well yesterday to start. There's just only so much they can do when the offense can't move the ball. The offense is waaaaaay more putrid then the defense.....mostly due to horrendous QB play. QB is just so important. We can't throw the ball over 10 yards

This is a dumb approach. You dont want to be patient with mediocrity. He made the right calls with Shurmur and Judge etc, so now he thinks he is to hasty if he cans these dudes.

We in the same poisition we were in with Judge and Getty, just with a more expensive roster. We are not trending up so what is the patient about lol.

Its mad early so this can be all fluff, but if we end with less that 5 wins. Im not sure you can talk about patience. Like what are you waiting to see.

We are talking about a duo that has had the Giants in the bottom of the NFL 2/ 3 seasons they been here. The first year was trash as well, but it does not look like it cause they snuck into the playoffs.

We have a bum owner as well. smh

Not saying I'm on board bringing either back. It's also still early in the season. If they finish horribly and the team starts giving up like the defense did in the 2nd half for the end of the season things can change.

I think mid season he said Mcadoo and Judge job's were safe as well and they were fired before the next year started.

Now Mcadoo handled the Eli benching like sh*t and Judge embarrassed the team with the press conferences going at fans insulting them that this is a process and we are making progress in areas you can't see. Also the b2b qb sneaks made us the laughing stock. So they kinda forced Mara's hand to cut the cord.

So I feel like they gotta do something really bad no just bad player to warrant being fired.

Also when Schoen came in we were still doing draft boards on binders and had no modern day technology...also not even answer trade calls because our mind was made up. Like at least we are a modern organization.

Again that isn't saying a lot and proof is in the pudding...the the last two years have been the last two years and records speak for itself...but that is just my opinion on the matter.

Maybe I'm impatient but I'd can both Schoen and Daboll in the offseason and start over again. This current regime is clearly not working and have not done enough to deserve another season imo. At the very least you wanted them to start a culture and be competitive at home by year 3 and we're still an embarrassment. You cannot blame Jones for everything either. I honestly think we'll still be here in 2026-2027 with no progress if we continue with Schoen and Daboll.

I agree this year has to be the year you make a decision on them either way. I can see both sides of the coin. And certainly wouldn't be heart broken if they both got canned.

But if you don't can them they are getting there new QB next offseason and probably trading up to do it. So Mara better be right either way because you aren't going to fire them one year after they have a rookie qb. ANd you aren't putting a new GM 1 year after the team traded up to draft there QB and he doesn't get to draft his own guy.

That would be a disaster.

Mara either thinks Schoen/Daboll can do this and will trust them picking next QB or he should move on in the offseason.

Now the question is do we trust Mara to make the right call on that....off recent history...no so I am just hoping for the best at this point.
