My advice to all Celtics fans, really enjoy the festivities tonight because it doesn't happen that often. We are probably only going to get 3-4 more chances over the next five years for something like this so Enjoy! 8-)

I know it’s just the first game of the year but I really want the Celtics to go out there and make a statement. I want them to show to everyone they still have the fire to win another one. Especially against who most consider to be our biggest competition in the East this year, the Knicks.

I'm pretty sure there's a thing where the defending champs often lose their first game because they're distracted and emo from the ring ceremony. So hopefully we don't do that.
