Same old same old. Fundamentally this team is flawed. The no option on 50 mil can't be the offensive engine in the regular season because he's old and now questionable if he can be that guy in the playoffs. The no 2 options is more suited to be the 3rd option. And the 3rd option is an inefficient volume shooter that might be better as a 6 man.
Its hard to have a great offense without that top 10 All NBA offensive guy in their prime.
So we either have a great shooting season from role players or limp towards the playoffs and hope 35 Butler can turn it on for 4 rounds at his age. It's not a great bet. Like many I think this core is done as a contender. Maybe they can prove me wrong which I wouldnt mind. But kinda tired of this meh regular seasons that end in early playoff exits

I don't think its the point guard that's the issue. It's more who can you build your offense around that can get easy buckets. Cuz Jimmy ain't doing that in the regular season. Can Bam step up and be that guy game to game for a whole season like an Embiid or a Joker. I don't think so. I don't think you can have an elite offense without an All NBA offensive guy

Well, fellow Heat fans, we are here again. I didn’t watch the game, but I did see the box score. I’m glad that we gave the start of this season the attention and effort that it deserved. Kudos to them.
