Nuggets are going to finish no better than 5th in the conference. West is too tough to have no bench. Wouldn't shock me to see them in the play-in (7th).

I'm not wishing an injury on anyone but with the magic owning their pick, you know the magic FO is gonna be looking like this if any of their top-4 guys are out for an extended period of time:

Who even are their top 4 guys? Because currently the drop off after Jokic and Gordon is immense, and the latter doesn't add much scoring. Season is early, but this Murray slump has been going on for a while. The way too early take is that their season hangs on a Christian Braun explosion, oof.

It's going to be a really long season for Denver if Westbrook, Strawther and Watson is the best their bench has to offer.

I don’t understand how Denver fans didn’t riot when they saw that bench unit on paper. I knew it was going to be thin, but didn’t realize it was this bad.

Jokic, AG, MPJ, Murray. The dropoff is huge but their bench is g-league bad.

Memphis is the only team in the West that could have something for OKC. Lakers are low-key the other threat to them, probably not a contender but a bad matchup

It’s not often you feel bad for a player who won a championship just 2 seasons ago but I feel for Jokic with this roster. It’s gotten ugly quick.

Good game Okc. I am so disappointed in Denver’s defense. The only player who was a plus on that end was CB. Jokic was not aggressive tonight and missed a lot of shots he usually makes. Didn’t rotate fast enough on defense either. He is the leader of this team jokic needs to be better
