Post#1 » by DayofMourning » Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:58 am

Okay. That 1st game was rough.

Im our NC rep, so I will host this potential response game (debacle?).

Luckily, I will be blacked out, so I dont have to watch.

May we pretend to play like weve been here before, but if not, tank for Edgecombe!

Give your stars the ball, make everyone fall in around them. Not the other way around.

I don't think anyone is over reacting. FO decided to run back and expecting different results. While most here think its probably going to be the same results as last season. And last season was a drag to watch so can't be super excited about it. FO didnt really fix the issues with the team, its same old same old

Oreons post is applicable to any of the last 3-4 seasons is the funny thing about it, he may as well go ahead and save it to his drafts for next seasons game 1-2 thread

okay, I'm over it and ready to face the harsh reality of what really happened - the first game was an absolute fluke and the Heat just lost on purpose to give their little brother (Orlando) a slight glimmer of hope that he can actually win the division.

I feel a lot better now!

We got this game in the *bag*

This is a game I would expect us to win, but our stars didn't seem to break a sweat last game. Charlotte will be playing to win.
