Lol the 2nd round is the 2nd round. Since when do people nitpick late selections.

So you'd be cool with drafting someone who was always slotted in the 55-60 range, with the 31st overall pick?

Show me a mock draft where he was slotted at 55-60

I liked seeing Scottie as the screener and roller, they should do it more.

To be clear, I hate the guy too. But I'm happy we're not spending more than the minimum on a back-up big body C. Give me losses and let me cope with it through my Fernando hate. win/win.

people want to tank and know mogbo/chomche could even be worse but still want them in. burning development minutes on him for nothing

Mogbo's playing. Chomche is on a 2 way and there is no need to rush his development. Chomche doesn't even know where to be on the floor half the time; his team is going to turn against him if he's always out there messing things up. Bruno at least knows what to do even if he sucks at it, and it doesn't matter if they get mad at him as he's a place holder.

Agreed on Chomche. It's a mistake to think that the best thing for Chomche's development is to throw him into NBA games before he is ready. Plenty of prospects regress by being put into positions they are not ready for.

But you don't know what's going on behind the scenes. Maybe he is working on 1 certain aspect of his game and they don't want him reverting to a bad habit that is natural happening in scrimmages.

It's game 2. Chomche will get plenty of minutes in the 905.

Everyone is giving Mogbo the gears, and he has definitely made some mistakes with his bad hands

But he also has 8 PTS / 2 BLKS / 1 STL in 5.5 minutes of action

Mogbo is playing great and making free throws. He fails loudly but he’s killing it.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Mogbo's defense is game changing. Very versatile but he needs a bit more offensive awareness.

Sorry, wasn't referring to Mogbo with this hypothetical. It was sort of rhetorical with Johan just discounting the 2nd round in its entirety, as if there is no differentiation of talent between the 31st and 60th pick.

Put Matt and Jack on the radio and put Jones and Sherm on TV.
