Through the first 2 games the Celtics starters (Tatum, Brown, White, Holiday and Horford) are 36 for 67 shooting three pointers for 53.7%. That's ridiculous!

Edit: 63.4% for Game 1

Another good game. Another blowout.
All the top 9 played well.

If we get another blowout like this - play the scrubs with the starters for a bit. This way they will develop them as we intended.
Most are role players. Let them play their role.
Have Springer play a little of Jrue's minutes (less the 3pt threat more of the on ball defender), let Peterson (who played well in both games and looks like a player) play some of Hauser's minutes, Walsh some of JB, White minutes.

I know Joe is experimenting and running the bigs, but we can spare some time for our deep bench once we have a nice cushion.

And JD is not an NBA player. Cut the ties ASAP and get someone else.

And yes, you will just get mad at Pyscho Joe for not making Lonnie part of the regular rotation.

Anyway, if we win by less than 20 at any point this season, we deserve better.

I love you.

I secretly hoped we would lock Tatum in a room with McHale and big AL Jefferson for a summer

I would rather see Queta in that room myself, or Watson.

Since Watson is out of the picture maybe Tatum can sneak in might be helpful in half court playoff basketball

Return to Boston Celtics
