A win is a win, figured we would lose this game but we pulled it out. Glad to see Max get back into form. Pretty obvious that Martin and Oubre should start unless there is a trade, which I'm leaning against. At some point we do need depth with PG and Jojo.

I'm also thankful we won in a thread I started, as we usually lose when that happens......I'm on a streak of one baby!!

I'll go as far as to say that even though Maxey struggled earlier....I liked Nurses rotational approach from the start. Good mix of playmaking and shooting with Kyle and Caleb should start. Allowing Maxey to get better looks off the ball... Which is his strength

Watched the game at a local watering hole; we all noticed especially in the first half that our offense was a bunch of one guy with the ball while 4 guys stood still like statues.

Literally no movement. No one cutting. No one moving around the arc or cutting baseline from one side to another. No one setting off-ball screens. There was a stretch where we went 5-6 possessions where the only thing we changed was who was on-ball. You could easily see how the Pacers defense just swarmed because defenders didn't even have to look at their assignment because our guys werent' moving at all.

Thinking back on this; it feels like this slow stagnation started when the team simplified Joel's reads so he knew where guys would be for kick-outs if he got doubled or tripled. Anyone else feel that this was the change where our team went from off-ball action to standing still?

No not Tobias if you remember, we got beat in the second round that means the roster wasn’t good enough. If we are to win a championship, we need two players that are better than him on the floor.

Your logic is very flawed. Joel hasn't won anything; does he need 2 players better than him?
