The argument has never been that Trump is gonna send troops in, it's that he's gonna do away with any pretense of lines in the sand and let Netanyahu go hog wild on the genocide.

Our troops will be too busy shooting protesters and inspecting your attics for hidden people to do anything over there

As long as they keep their grubby hands off my Nazi gold they can come rummage in my attic whenever they want. I'll even have a plate of schnitzel waiting for them.

We need to get AIPAC - a foreign agent - out of our elections. We also desperately need election campaign finance reform. (LOL like that’s ever going to happen).

100% with you. Have you seen this one?
Mondaire Jones (sadly) even endorsed that Latimer guy over Jamaal Bowman, and is a staunch Israel support himself. Yet, this debate still turned into who loves Israel the most.
Our country has turned into an absolute joke. Imagine living in this district, and having to listen to this crap. This is what your everyday Americans are going through, now imagine the ones who were just hit by the Hurricanes.
I did not but I’m not surprised. We’re so lost right now. Completely dysfunctional.

Interesting that you mention that because Albanians (mostly Muslim) hid about 2,000 Jews escaping Germany in their homes - at great peril to themselves - while the Nazis went from home to home searching for them. That part of the Never Forget, they forgot.

It's actually worse than that. Because realistically, nobody would ever ask a Jewish person to vote for Hitler or anybody antisemitic.
But Muslims are being told to vote for Kamala, who supports Bibi and his genocidal campaign. Basically, we are being told "you Muslims are getting bombed and ethnically cleansed, but you should be used to it by now. This is not that bad". That is the reality. These people don't view Muslim or Arab lives equal to another human being. Post 9/11 + Iraqi + Afghanistan invasion, this is what a lot Americans think of us if we are being honest. These death tolls are just numbers and meaningless to them.

I agree. It would help.
I frankly think that in light of the fact that Trump and Bibi are working together, she should call it out and say that she will not support continued funding for Israeli aggression at the cost of peace.
However I'm not in her position and there are probably multiple reasons why she can't go further than calling for a cease fire. She's the VP still. She can't undercut the administration. I don't think we can dismiss that fact.
She knows fully well that Trump and Bibi are working together. However, I can't imagine what the press headlines would be tomorrow if she would do what we want her to do. We can't also discount the fact that there are people voting for her who support Israel. This is the issue with having a massive catch all tent coalition politically in order to defeat Trumpism: the candidate has to walk a narrow tight rope.
I'm just being honest about the situation. I don't like any of this. But defeating Trump is my #1 focus at this moment.
Then they'll just vote 3rd Party or abstain. Asking Muslims to vote for Harris, who supports Netanyahu, is like asking Jews to vote for Hitler. Some Muslims think that Trump is just blowing smoke at Netanyahu just to get the Israeli vote and that he'll never send American troops into the minefield of the Middle East. Honestly, I can see the logic in that because I don't think that Trump has the guts to send U.S. troops into harms way in another protracted quagmire in the ME again. Plus, Daddy Putin will tell him stay seated at the table while the grownups handle this mess.
If they're voting 3rd party or abstaining, then they are supporting Trump.
Also, comparing a vote for Harris to a vote for Hitler, while knowing full well that Trump is working with Netanyahu, and then trying to gaslight me about what Trump will do while he's threatening to do a bunch of crazy sh*t is all I needed to hear.
You must really think that I'm f*cking stupid.
I understand now why you refused to answer the previous questions.
Take care Wingo. This is where i disengage because this is a bad faith argument.
Like I told Clyde, you’re not going to change the mind of someone who takes an absolutist position. Better to save your mental energy.
**** like this below is why the people who think that the Harris should unilaterally just say **** Israel don’t think through unintended consequences.
Biden, Harris and their administration know more and have way more information about the situation than we’ll ever know.
It can’t be that because of this one issue it makes sense to throw Ukraine to the wolves, let women die because they can’t access abortions, have millions of immigrants have violence inflicted on them and sent to camps and all the bad **** that will happen all the while doing nothing for the people in Gaza.

I'm pretty convinced that the people of Gaza are irrelevant in this matter at this point. They are just a tool of convenience. These dudes just saw the same Nazi rally that we did and have nothing to say.
They know what they support. Gaza is just an excuse.

I stand corrected.
Yeah, I’m tired of other people’s grievances. Try living as a Muslim or Black person in America and then complain to me. Jews in America complaining about racism has become trite. Don’t complaint me anymore. I’m done.

We've had vote by mail for years here. I love it. I was grumpy about it being too cold for shorts today so I done went and got some jogging pants at Kohl's today which I reckon are basically the male version of yoga pants. So **** comfortable. And that's what I voted in.
One thing I was excited to vote on was ranked choice voting. I'm for it! Why not. Give it a whirl, y'know? It seems like a good way to bring more voices into the electoral college and hopefully will bring more serious third party candidates (not Jill **** Stein for those scoring at home) into the light a bit more.

Are you out of your mind? You don’t think Biden, Schumer, and that subhuman Blinken aren’t working with Netanyahu? Have you been paying attention to what’s been going on the past year?
Anyone who supports Israel is a fcking sociopath. Sorry, not sorry.

They banned Ranked Choice Voting in Florida.
When you find the perfect pair of track pants, buy three pairs. There was a black nylon one made by Champion that I bought years ago that fits perfectly and moves like you're Bruce Lee. Then they changed the cut and the quality of the materials and I'll never find that perfect pair again.

Not bad advice. These are them.
I had a pair of shorts like that and they ripped and I could never find another. Like wearing nothing.

We'll turn into Steve Jobs wearing the same thing everyday, but instead of a black turtleneck we'll be in our track suits

One of my buddies from back home lives out here and we go to Knicks Blazers every year. He's always decked out in an orange and blue track suit and I have to acknowledge that he's right.
