Thunder are so hard to dribble against.

They might literally have five guys who are capable of making all-NBA defense in Caruso, Dort, J-Dub, SGA and Cason. The fact that I'm not including Chet's switchability and rim protection is hilarious/scary.

Right after you leave off Chet, he makes 2 more ridiculous rim protection plays this game and looks like a DPOY-level player.

This is one of the best defensive quarters I've ever seen. Just eviscerating Atlanta on almost every possession.

Pretty much, then they have Jalen Williams. It’s crazy the talent they have. Definite title contenders.

Almost makes you think they were playing with the Hawks in the previous three quarters. It's not fair that they can put any combination of that fivesome of guards/wings on the floor with Chet.

Chet is playing with a lot of elite defenders. I can't even argue that he's the best defender on his team. That might keep him from winning.

**** hell Hardens handles are still so so filthy. The way he goes into his moves and in a split second explodes for a crossover is a beauty.

if Kawhi comes back this Clippers team is going to be HAAAAARD to beat. They've got a great coach and plenty of defense and athleticism to make it hell for the opposition.

James is getting wherever he wants, but his 3 ball isn't falling yet this year.

ATL has a very easy schedule to start the season. Besides OKC they have only played Brooklyn and Char and have two games against the Wiz. They need to advantage.

Is it just me or is Jalen Johnson playing like a guy that just stopped giving a Eff after securing the bag?

I think he’s just adjusting to a more offensive role now that daniels is in and Murray is out.

I think Jalen might be a tad bit overrated. I think Hawks see him as a second option but I don’t think he is. I think it’s the Collins situation all over again.

I think he’s way more versatile than Collins and will be a great 3rd option when Risacher becomes their #2. Much better defender and playmaker.

Injuries cause there to be some suspense, but it feels like OKC-Boston is basically a lock without injuries. Both teams are way too deep and have way too many great twoway players along with a bunch of real stars.

I'm not saying that JJ plays like Collins because they are two different players. What I am saying is that just like Collins who was paid to be a second option but failed to play that role this may also occur to JJ. I feel like JJ is best suited to be a high-level role player (similar to an Aaron Gordon) instead of a guy who gets you points.
