It's going to be ugly for awhile for Denver. They just need to try to get some wins while they figure it out.

They don't have any chemistry with the bench unit and Malone is experimenting heavily with lineups. Whatever they did in preseason wasn't enough. So they're learning on the fly now in real time. It'll improve but it's ugly now.

The starters are playing totally blase like they can just show up and win with no effort.

That was one of the most embarrassing bench shifts I’ve seen from an NBA team. Multiple blown layups, multiple turnovers, multiple offensive rebounds allowed, missed free throws, absolutely horrible all around. If they’re going to leave MPJ out there with the bench I’d rather he just took every shot until the rest of the starters come back in.
