It is a good thing Detroit is so bad...giving up this many offensive rebounds is a good way to lose.

Rozier and Herro being our no 1 and 2 options this season was a development I didn't expect. In retrospect FO should have saved themselves a first rounder and gone after Tyus Jones with cash + couple seconds. This team needs a low maintenance pg whose more interested in assisting than scoring. Rozier just chucks it man. And we already have Herro for that.
Bam hasn't had a great start to the season. He should take some blame for that. But part of its, the back court eats up a lot of shots. Way too many

Not a great performance, but they're getting better.

Like Rozier much more in the catch in shoot role than playmaker

When the guys who are supposed to be the stars are in defer mode, someone has to get those shots up. We scored 14 points in the 3rd quarter

Thats when a real point guard figures out how to get guys going. Lowry is washed but he would have found a way to get Bam shots in a pick and roll. He would have forced an iso for Butler. We know Herro isn't a point guard so I dont expect him to have that thought process. But Rozier should be able to see Bam has gone 6 mins without a shot and try to get him one. But he just chucks it. So does Herro.

I'm the one that started ringing this bell last year. Unfortunately, can't see it happening now.

I don't like the chucking Rozier and Herro did in the second half, but to be fair, they were mostly open shots. They just didn't go in. As far as them being 1 and 2, Jimmy is still #1 and that's clear. I know everyone is on board with making Bam a #2, and maybe he can be if his improvements bear it out. But he has to actually be aggressive with it when he gets the ball. We can't have plays where he's indecisive and passing out, and then we look up and there's 5 seconds left.

Herro & Rozier looked cool tonight, but can they do this against the Knicks?? Problem is, when they get scouted, Herro tends to get little real quick.

Banchero & Magic legit, they my sleeper squad.

Correct me if im wrong but isnt this the player Rozier has always been?

Yes. I was never for the trade. I dunno why they did it. Maybe it still works out. But I don't like Rozier profile as a player. And worse it hamstrings the FO. We can't bottom out till that pick is conveyed. If we hadn't made that trade, we could have fulfilled all our 1st round pick obligations this season and been free to bottom out if we had to.
