It's weird cause that's just kinda how it's always been around Paolo. Like there isn't much talk about it on general board either...

Let this be a game from wemby or chet and there would 5 threads about if they are the next goat in the NBA. It's crazy

start the thread in the GB then. It's probably worth it. Especially with the little talk Paolo gets.

All I care about is that we have a legit Big 3 right now and AB is looking like he wants to join the club.

Tracy McGrady still holds the franchise's single-game scoring record, with 62 against the Wizards on March 10, 2004. That was also the last time a Magic player hit 50, meaning the franchise had gone 20 years and 232 days between 50-point games -- the fifth-longest drought in NBA history.

My goodness.

And **** the GB. Don't give them the pleasure of hearing about Paolo's great night.

I think if the magic could somehow get rid of Cole and get someone like caleb Martin, Corey kispert, deni advija, Kyle Anderson, simone fontechioo, etc for that back up sf spot. They would be seriously good.

Colin Sexton is sitting on a tanking team... shot 9-11 tonight. A career 47/38/83 shooter. Makes $18 mil this year and $19 mil next.

He can take Cole's minutes.

I see it as this:
Ab, g. Harris, new player, Isaac, moe

I can see sexton fitting if you think g Harris could be the back up sf full time but I'm not sure that would work.

AB can play point on offense and SF on defense.

In reality, I just want reliable offense off the bench. Sexton is EVERYTHING people wish Cole was.

Let AB continue to grow as a playmaker in the 2nd unit. He can always close games even if he doesn't start. Orlando has their lineup right as is.

No hurry to start AB. Let him continue growing and building his confidence.

Damn, i planned watching first half only to go to sleep, instead i watched until the end, got exited, couldn't sleep, and here i go to work with grand total of 2 and half hours of sleep.
But it was worth it.

Banchero in first half was unsolvable enigma for Pacers, and Suggs pretty much made all 3 points shots of a team.

Third quarter turned into grindhouse where we couldn't produce offense nor could defend in transition.
In 4th, Pacers probably runned out of gas, due back to backs on the road after OT game and our defense picked up.

Black made massive corner 3 as momentum swing.
Banchero with almost 50 points triple double. Very memorable first half.
Suggs with amazing first half shooting performances.

But man you can really tell how much Franz is missed on offense and defense. Third quarter was brutal to watch in terms of incapability of setting offense.

Oh and damn FTs, that game lasted for ages due free throws. In real time 3 hours.

Anyway, now i just need to survive 8 hours of work and wife bickering to go to sleep. It will be very long day.

Im so thankful we won that game, it wouldve been terrible if we wasted that 50 pt game.

Other notes:

So happy for AB, glad hes not scared of the moment. I wasnt on board with him at the draft, but he was 100% the right pick!

Cole Anthony is basically unplayable, I feel like even Mosley sees this. We really need to move on for him, we need another big wing. Because it was tough seeing Gary Harris guard Siakam. Even though he actually did a good job.

We really cant afford to lose either Paolo or Franz. We have nice complimentary pieces, but when one of them is out, the offense is so stagnant because nobody can break down a defense.

Also the officiating in this game was seriously horrendous. Like I never seen so many blatant missed calls in a row like that. Those refs seriously need to be investigated.

Mosley is a great coach and is 1000% the right coach of this team. But I really cannot stand how much of a pussy he is with challenges. I know you only get 2, and once theyre gone, thats it. But I still feel like he holds them til the end and never uses it. I feel like if you have a surefire winning challenge, just use it. And there were a bunch of them, especially in 3rd qtr.
