Kamala gets to certify the election. It’s her sworn duty to do so according to the Constitution. Plus, she has IMMUNITY under recent Supreme Court case law to ignore Johnson and Trump.

Trump had an 0-61 court record after he lost in 2020. The Supreme Court already helped Trump enough by delaying the federal prosecution for the insurrection until well after the election. If they try and overturn it, that’s when shyt will hit the fan.
