The co-chair of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s transition team promoted the debunked theory that vaccines cause autism in a CNN interview Wednesday. He also said Trump ally Robert F. Kennedy Jr., hopes to get “data” through a Trump administration to have vaccines pulled “off the market.”

Howard Lutnick, the billionaire CEO of investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald and a longtime friend of Trump’s, told the network’s Kaitlan Collins that vaccines are “not proven” to be safe. Lutnick said he’d recently been schooled on vaccines by Kennedy, the failed independent presidential candidate and anti-vaxxer who has endorsed Trump.

These people want to create global holocausts with the revival of diseases that have been mostly eradicated by vaccines.

Shame about Humphrey. He had good qualities and overall smarts to have been a good president. Instead we got Tricky Dick.

He's a problem we're going to have to deal with on November 6th because he is fully behind the big lie this time around and he is apparently ready to go where Pence wouldn't on January 6th.

While I think the legal system will keep shooting these creeps down in court like last time, the House is more MAGA than ever and the GOP has proven none of them will buck their party to do the right thing. So when it comes to voting for the wrong thing like refusing to certify the election there is a good chance Johnson will be the primary actor on certification day even though Harris will be the acting VP in her ceremonial role of certification (of herself probably).

These CSs failed in the courts so they're gearing up to try and overthrow the government themselves right inside the Capitol building.

They'll fail, but the drama is coming. So let me get ahead of the curve and say in advance FU Mike Johnson you spineless POS

Oops

We can’t have JD Vance a Big Mac heart attack away from the presidency. That would scare a lot of people.

Did you see the Jake Tapper vs. Vance debate? He’s just as much of a lying sleaze ball as Trump now. They’re all scoundrels.

They’re all head cases.

I’ll let the ex-Republican/ex-cop explain:

I know it is not politically correct to tell stupid people they're stupid, but this guy is saying that outright and he is correct.

The reason stupidity is so attractive to a power monger is their low intelligence makes them eager consumers of conspiratorial fantasies that are used to turn into a tribe of cultists. And cultists reflexively do whatever they are told to do. This is a dictator's dream audience.

As our video friend here says, the trick is secure the man in the middle to build your majority.

The great horror of the past decade is about a third of Americans are dumb as a rock. Once upon a time it may have been you had intelligent conservatives you'd be in disagreement with, but they essentially do not exist within the GOP any longer since it was co-opted by Trump fanatics.

And then you have the other morons who think they are clever by playing both sides of the fence, but in reality they are as dumb as the MAGA horde in their conviction that all politicians are functionally identical. They are a variant of the Dunning-Kruger Syndrome where a person is too stupid to know they are stupid where you have a genuinely clueless person who adopts bothsideisms as a banner of their intellectual integrity.

In their diminished minds, they've convinced themselves they are are more objective than any partisan because they are not taking sides, they're simply distrustful of everything to the point of denying any facts have greater weight than other facts. This type of person who flattens all logic with the simple assertion that objective truth is not obtainable because everything is actually just a subjective version of reality dependent solely on individual POV. It is sublimely stupid in ways a raw MAGA doesn't aspire to because they just DGAF, but it is equally stupid all the same.

This is why I disagreed with you about calling out stupidity, because the past decade has a steady drip of normalizing all kinds of behavior previously seen as insane at worst or disingenuous at best. If you continue to give dishonest bothsiders and MAGAs the illusion of intellectual equality in the vain hope you will educate them or win them over all it does is normalize their addiction to lying, deceit and their lust to punish those they objectify as the enemy.

Behind the crocodile tears about being insulted lays a misogyny of fathomless depths and a lust for mayhem should their cult gain absolute control. I do not for one second believe anyone spread fascist memes online deserves respect or the pretense of civility. It has nothing to do with maintaining the higher moral ground and not stooping to their level. It is that we allowed them to get away with dictating the public discourse for so long we've forgotten what it means to fight back and tell Nazi scum exactly what they are.

Sure, and that's why I've made a clear distinction that those of us who invest the time we do online have no excuse for ignorance of facts. The ones who post fascist agitprop here are more involved in the game of spreading lies than the casual viewer of TV channels. While I think they are dumb as dirt it does not excuse them from being held accountable for actively working to spread fascism or to run cover for fascists by muddying the waters.

The whole "Oh dear you insulted me" game is what liars do when confronted, because that is ALL THEY'VE GOT. They won't admit they're wrong, that they are pathological liars and are addicted to chicanery. The only thing they've got is acting wounded. They hope it will disarm their attackers and continue to normalize the activities under the fake ruse of civility. These ass holes advocate for rapists, traitors and bullies and they don't want to get bullied back. Fck them. They bring the heat, they get the heat.

I have a strong back and can take the heat. That's why I'm the one who confronts people. I'm polite to those who are not engaged in spreading hateful lies and promoting bothsideisms that aid the fascist agenda. It is OK if I piss you off occasionally, because I know your heart is fundamentally on the side of those who are vulnerable even if I don't always agree with your strategic thinking. I'm not interested in randomly insulting anyone at all. I'm quite exacting in whom I direct my ire towards and it is precisely those people who have supported a decade of insanity spearheaded by Trump and the lies they spread to further his plan to overthrow democracy.

We have to stop normalizing our interactions with Nazi collaborators.

But it’s not for you or to people to account, especially when interacting one on one with people here. I think it’s one thing to say that Trump voters are, generally, ill-informed, pro-fascist, and/or racist among other things. It’s another things to call people here on this forum, who we disagree with on the election, fascists or Nazis to their faces.
