Unfortunately, as anyone can tell you who's seen him play for any of the Canadian junior teams in recent years, he's really not good at all. There's an almost zero chance he ever gets to the NBA, and actually I'd be quite surprised if he's even a decent college player.

how do you figure this? Is he dominating?
Also is he really 7 foot 9 or close? Is that in shoes or something? This is CBC as a source, not exactly trustable IMHO.

Basketball height? Nah. There' so much interpretation there. I feel like there's 15 guys on reddit being like he's actually 7 foot 6 or something. There's an asian YouTube who calculates heights, we should get him on the case.
I'm reading a yahoo article where they're saying he's going to be taller than Kenny George who was 7'7 breaking the NCAA record, and they have him at 7 foot 9 too. It's just unfathomable to me lol, so I'm just skeptical because of that.
