Alright, alright. I'm convinced. Keep Vucevic as long as he never misses another FG.

A pattern I'm seeing so far is that the Bulls play so fast, we have an advantage in the second half of games because the opposing teams are just gassed and we just keep coming at them.

I'm not sure how long we can keep this up, and whether it's sustainable all season long, but considering how bad our defense is, this may be the only way to remain competitive.

RastaBull wrote:Something I like a lot about the offense is that one effect of the fast pace is even in half court (they still play fast), and therefore they never get stuck "looking to for __player___". Yeah, they might come down the floor looking to feed Vuc or someone else ... but now when that appears blocked off they don't spend 14 seconds trying to make it work. They keep driving and kicking and moving off ball and others guys open up.

Less isolations ,fast pace offense and a lot more of inside playing.
I like it

Say what you want about him defensively, he is so far probably playing the best he has ever had with a Bulls jersey on. Whether he can stay at this level throughout the season, that remains to be seen, but if he produced this way the other two previous seasons, we would have been in the playoffs and not just the play-in games. He is playing that good (offensively).

Ayo/Terry/Phillips/Matas off the bench will make it easier to sustain throughout the season (Lonzo too)

I'm really interested to see them play good/elite bigs. I'd think our lack of frontcourt size we should really be losing those games (Knicks with KAT, Philly and Embiid, Miami and Bam, even Indy and Turner). HOWEVER< this pace is another factor I'd not considered ... if we control the pace those bigs tire and make for closer games in the 4th. Could be an interesting way of countering an obvious advantage for those teams.

I'm usually the first to defend Ayo, but this game Ayo has been really bad.
