It’s ok. Ben Johnson loves OL and understands its importance. He’ll bring over Zietler and an assistant OL coach (dream scenario would be the eagles OL coaches. Sutherland I think is his name). This time next year, we will be cheering when Wright is catching a TD pass

It’s never OK to **** up.

You’re hiring him already? That’s news to him. If he’s in demand, if he has a better opportunity he will take it. Windows of opportunity missed seldom allow for do overs.

I think you took my statement a little too serious. And Ben Johnson will definitely be in demand. But you are right, it's very rare to redo do a **** up like passing on him last season but there bears should still be favorites for most guys

I don't think there are many jobs better than the bears, if any. I could argue this job is better than it was last season. Williams confirmed the hype, for the most part. He's playing like a rookie behind a bad OL and with bad coaching, but he's shown his talent belongs. We have a Super Bowl ready defense. Even if Allen leaves, we still have a really good to elite skill group. All that before free agency and the draft. The only jobs that become available would be surprise openings like the bengals or eagles. He might like the jags more because of Lawrence but I don't think so. Bears will be at the top of the list for almost every candidate. But knowing the bears, they will extend eberflus.

Yup, Allen and Herbert should be traded.
We could use some help on the OL or a draft pick.

BTW, I'd gladly trade Allen to the Steelers for "nothing"...BUT....that Fields pick simply becomes a 3rd rounder with no conditions.

If the objective was to come into this game to ensure that last week is not what defines us, I think we were successful with that. This game was much worse and much more a definition of how bad we are.

Is Flus even allowed on the plane?

Seems like Caleb is done with Flus and Waldron. I doubt he wants anything to do with him. He is def a winner and has the type of mentality that he's frustrated playing under such stupidity.

Is Matt Forte interested in being and offensive coordinator? Joking, but not.

While Flus and Waldron and the OL are a problem. CW needs to be a lot more accurate himself before he can take that position.

Johnson is better than herbert and Allen just net some value for. Do it now!

Unreal Kmet got 0 targets. I can't understand it. It counters all logic. Do him and Caleb have beef or is it Waldron?

Who can we expect to beat on our schedule? Patriots felt like an auto win but the flus empire has changed that game. Nefc north and better nfc west teams left. Poles is pooping his pants tonight. Save and invest wisely Mr poles. Your job is not long for this world either.

Something to start thinking about, and this is really on Poles.

The Bears are one of the few teams in modern times that have never re-signed their highly drafted rookie QB to that big second deal.

If this team is in flux with coaches, and does not get on the right track, this team will find themselves in a messy contract situation. Does CW want to go?
Will he demand $100M a season to stay?
Are we forced to trade him early?

Poles would actually be the WRONG person to make that decision IMO.

Ebeflus has a 14 game losing streak under his belt - he can get to 4-13.

Packers have more rushing yards and passing yards than the lions. Losing by double digits. Last week, the lions hard more than 200 total yards less than the titans and put up 50. Flawless team.
