Beyond Tatum, White and Holiday being themselves, the Celtics showed a lot of positives out there.
Pritchard can still score, and Hauser's getting his mojo back.
Queta got briefly pulled in the first half for defensive instructions, but played a strong game. You can feel how close he is to making a leap into being a first line NBAer. That guy can really REALLY set picks. He's got some sort of mystical invisible intangibles aura that makes the whole team better.
Jordan Walsh's defense was outstanding. Very impressive.
Horford was lively and bouncing, although he was overshadowed by his great Mom. I could go for some plaintains.
Scheierman is so perplexing. There's not much to say. So far he looks like a quarterback who also plays basketball sometimes. Maybe Maine will work some sort of magic on him. Probably not, but maybe.
The Celtics played without cookies and also without cream. While other teams fold after suffering injuries, Boston had no Porzingis, no Brown, and didn't miss a beat.
