yep, we're in good shape.

I really doubt the Nets are going to keep being .500 so them picking up wins early is pretty big.

The Bulls seem just good enough not to be the worst, the actual worst position. Zack Lavine is back and Vuc playing well is just screwing that team long term.

yes, agreed. the tanking margins are a thin one, especially amongst this bottom group that we share and it all adds up in the end.

Trading RJ right now would be gross negligence, and I'm the one saying that, that should tell you something lol.

Tonight was a perfect night for the tank.

I don't see us winning against Sacramento on the road. If we do wow is SAC a fake team..

Should be 2-7 after tomorrow

I predict in the next 10:

As worst case scenario we go 4-6
As best case we go 2-8

Putting us in the middle at 3-7 would give us a record of 5-13 which should be firmly in the top 5 on tankathon.

Guessing Us, Utah, CHA, WAS, POR

DET vs CHA will be a good one for our tank. One of those teams will get a W.

Hopefully it's another L. Pretty confident Raps will cover the line of +11.5.

If it ain’t for an unprotected first round pick (2025 or 2026), don’t even consider it.

Grizzlies and pelicans are two teams that need a veteran centre.

Give me either of those teams unprotected 1st plus a blue chip prospect.

Our own top 4 pick plus a mid teens and an early second from the blazers would be my best case scenario.

Even better if we get edey!

The Bucks and 76ers have to start winning soon right? ....Embiid gotta play soon...

Man the more talent i watch from this class the more i am leaning towards selling high on Poeltl at the deadline ....If we could come away with even a 17-18th ish pick for him id be happy....Deep class

We are 2-7 with our best player out. Getting rid of Poeltl doesn’t make sense unless it’s for a lightly protected pick. If not, we will just end up spending our time trying to get a player just like him.

Def gotta sell high on poeltl. With boucher playing great. Kelly coming back. Mogbo won't get playing time.

I'd even consider trading high on mitchell. Good back up guard for a playoff team. Shead and Jakobe won't play when IG, Scottie and brown get back.

Honestly, because they've been in most games, I always want them to win said games. I do then remind myself of the end goal once they lose.

I know some of you would be ecstatic if we went 10-72 losing every game by single digits but that could do long-term damage to the team. If they are indeed up to shenanigans with IQ, Bruce, and Kelly, that could also come back to bite them in the ass.

Having said all that, add a top 5 pick to this crew and we're on our way. 2 more 1st rounders the following year too.

Yeah if we have a successful tank this year you'd think we start trying to being competitive next year? If not the year after at the latest. Then we'd just be trying to fill our massive hole at C all over again
