I wonder if Jaden is the second most dependent player from PG (read offensive flow) after Gobert. Last game Conley found him on backdoor cut, then wide open on top of three point arc. Jaden had 9 points in 3rd qtr

That's a good question. You probably make a point. I listen Mike itw after last game and he was stating that the team is now playing very differently than last year with and that he did not have to play anymore as a ''traditional'' PG. Ant, Randle like to have the ball in hands. That's probably explain Jaden difficulties and i won't be surprised either if Rudy is lees efficient in offense this year.

I remember I posted a trade idea bringing here Camara and my old friend KGDaBom asked who the hell he is. Well, Camara is a promising 3&D comboforward, late second round pick on a team friendly contract. He might not better than Minott, but I love his hustle and toughness.

Is it fair to say that Conley is the only player in MIN right now, who can help Jaden to find rhythm in offense?

Agreed again! But Mike is playing so bad right now that he has a lot of work to do before being able to help Jaden.

I still believe that against teams without true PFs, McDaniels can play PF

If we want to move McDaniels to PF, I hope we find someone like Jimmy Butler or Jaylen Brown to play SF: strong, athletic and physical wing with ball skills

TJ Shannon

TJ looks kind of small, plus he is extremely right hand dominant, maybe even more than Shabazz Muhammad

Although if Jaylen Brown could develop his weak hand skills, then TJ can do it as well.

TJs a lefty but I take your point. And he's 6'6" so smaller than Jaden but most SFs are.

Unlocking playoff Jaden in the regular season should be top 3 in Finch’s priority list. It might well make the difference in seeding and playoff advancement. Jaden has an elite ceiling, but a low and inconsistent floor. He is also quite young and coachable.

Jaden off-ball more MUST happen. I can’t believe it took years. That was unfair to Jaden. Unleash this man off-ball and watch his entire game thrive!!!

Jaden needs a sports therapist like most organic life needs water. When he is feeling confident and relaxed he is anywhere between a high end role player and a low end star. He is only 24, and I think we can all see more improvement to his game is possible (raising both the floor and ceiling,) as he gets into his 26-30 prime year range.

I agree that using Jaden as the rim protector defensive spy/roamer is great. I also think Jaden on ball is good when opposing teams are top heavy. You take Harden away with KL and Powell out and the game is over. Likewise you limit Steph and GSW is in trouble. But I agree in a game like last night where the guards aren’t the apex of their talent, letting Jaden defend off ball is advantageous.

It’s because he’s 7ft tall and being asked to guard PGs.

You try having confidence when you’re always exhausted and in foul trouble.

I hear you, but I think this is only half true. Last season Jaden went through a massive shooting slump. This season he had a massive shooting slump. Some of that is wear down. But, some of that is the same stuff that made Jaden punch a wall, or get in fights, or rarely smile. When he is happy and feeling it, he is just on another level. Jaden needs to be unlocked, and part of that is mental/psychological.

I'd argue that Jaden has a lot to do with this recent stretch. Even though his counting stats might not look that different, his efficiency does. And that DEFENSE!

He did get his first ever double - double, which is surprising. I am wondering why all our guys don't seem to rebound well? Randle is down over his career, Towns a lot better in NYC, even Wiggins got better at GSW.
