Hmmm. Every 3 point shot that Vooch takes is an open shot, this year and last. Nobody guards him out there. So, how could DDR have an effect?

OK, I will clarify. He was borderline untradeable entering this season, as an old, bad defense center who bricked his 3s. This year, he's certainly valuable if he continues to play at this level.
Vooch is basically playing to the level when he was an allstar. Which is really saying to me that Demar really did hurt Vooch the most. Its just hard to have 3 players equally giving you their most optimal self. It was the same for Bosh and Kevin Love.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

How the hell do you not get size after 4 years of it being an issue? I am not sure the tank is a goal but with The Bulls ownership and management it can certainly be achieved.
I understand the the goal was getting more 3pt attempts because that is a winning formula, but damn I miss good post play and bigs that played like bigs. This huck and chuck, when the shots aren't falling is not much fun to watch for me.

If he keeps playing this way, the contract def becomes moveable and even something you get an asset back for, from the right team with a need at the 5.

This I agree with for sure, but the way he is being used I think he will have a year closer to his best year as he is being utilized a bit better this year.

How is he really being used all that differently? We tried to establish him in the post previously and he just missed bunnies left and right, and he only ever shot wide open 3s. Maybe it's just the confidence is up due to more ball movement this year, but as far as I can tell his shot quality and situations are pretty similar. He's just playing a ton better.

Players often shoot higher percentage when in rhythm. He is in way better rhythm without ball stoppers and with a guard like giddey who gets him going with good timed passes when he has small defender sealed off. It all contributes to higher percentages on same shots from last year.

With Vuc the hope is he can continue to score and maybe resemble his AS Orlando days for a good stretch. Butnthe complication here is not so much the asset (an unprotected FRP) but the matching salary and how many years. If it's expiring great but if not you're back to square 1.
With Zach it's infinitely more complicated because not only does he have to continue to ball out like when he made the AS team, but he has to really show (even for a few months) that he ditched hero ball in favor of team ball. Then the salary matching will be even worse.
Very difficult but not impossible.
