Hornets not shooting well at all. At least Tre Mann seems to be rising to the occasion and replacing scoring lost with Miles.

3 points in the half between Green and Martin.

LaMelo 4-17 and 2-10.

Miller still doesn't look as dominant as he did last year. Still waiting on that year 2 leap.

I thought it was interesting Lee closed the half with Melo, Miller, Mann as the offense. I like them together.

They need more minutes to develop chemistry.

Also nice to see Hornets competitive with a playoff team who advanced fairly deep last season. ECF? We can compete down 2 starters. One is a 3rd option and the other is a rim protecting center.

I just see more talent compared to past teams, and Lee seems to have game plans that keep the Hornets competitive. Some good character and culture building before my eyes.

2 free throws over the last 4:59 to end the 2Q. Tre can really score but he doesn't have to put his head down and attack every time he gets the ball. Needs to get others involved, Brandon barely touched it.

What a run - from down 14 to up 8. They turned the game 22 points in about one half a quarter.

Salaun has nice energy, but if he is not hitting his 3pt shots he doesn't help you. This is why I say he is just like Oubre.
