The ONLY way he is available is if they cut him. And they won’t cut him because that would be Salary Cap suicide. Bottom line is he’s here for at least the next 3 years at a minimum. More likely 4 or 5.

We stink,we are a mess! The players are disorganized,and Dak is playing like crap.
There is no discipline on this team because our owner is an undisciplined ego maniac who has no clue how to conduct himself,and get out of the way like Kraft does for New England.Therefore the players are the same way because Jerry is acting like a coach/gm ,and a bad one at that.We need a coach who preaches discipline,and organization.
McCarthy must be sort of checked out,as is Dak because of Jerrys undermining of them..Dak last season,and Mc this season now.Wouldn,t blame them.This is one owner who should shut his mouth when it comes to football players,and coaches.He did the same thing to Jimmy,and he left a really good team.

I thought for sure Jerry was gonna hire him,but it made too much sense,so he didnt.
