It's early yet, but some observations. Cunningham appears the healthiest he's been as a Piston. He'll never be a 'jump out of the gym' guy, but to me he appears to be showing more lift. With his size and length, it's likely enough to expand his game. Ivey has taken a step defensively and his shooting progress is noteworthy as well. I'm intrigued by Ron Holland. Ron won't turn 20 until next summer, but he's not at all scared being in the NBA. He's already a dogged defender and an unselfish player, and like Ivey is another good run out option. A few competent vets have helped a lot. Biggest question marks are Ausar and 'Mr. Glass' Duren. Who knows WTF is going on with Klintman.

4-6 after 10 games feels like a bit of a miracle. Regardless of how the games went, what worked and what didn't, simply having a few games in the win column is **** huge. I'll take it.

If we win an early Sunday game, we know the title is near!

Yeah, this was an ugly ugly game.
This team still has a serious turnover problem, among other issues. But hey, we've won 3 of 4. So there's that.

Cade has his 4th quarter issues although he did hit the big shot last night but 3 straight triple doubles is pretty incredible.

Agreed, I've been very skeptical of this group and still am a bit until we see a bigger sample size, but you can definitely see some growth with the core and this group of vets is clearly better than any other group in the Cade era so it's nice to see a team that is consistently competitive and finally at least seems to be headed in the right direction even if they're still a ways off from being a playoff team. Baby steps forward but, still, steps forward nonetheless.

Holland has way more of an offensive bag than I was expecting. I was worried that he'd bog down the offense if he got significant minutes and that has not been the case.

He has decent body control, a handle that looks shaky but really isnt, a decent first step and can finish through contact. If he can ever get a consistent 3 pointer (I know huge if but Vinson....) he could actually be a weapon. As it is right now his playmaking is actually much further along then I thought it would be, thats a massive plus for such a young rookie as he doesn't force terrible shots. He just needs to learn personel as hes tried to challenge a couple of guys he shouldnt heh

Beasley been big for us so far. Love the leadership, defense, shooting. Even playmaking. Lock that man up with a contract
