Re: Bears 8.0: Season being flushed down the drain
Also, all the bad execution on offense this season makes me thing there’s not very good practicing going on during the week. These vets making rookie mistakes regularly isn’t normal. Especially if you’re top 10/16 at your position. That plus the no first 15 script, just vibes plan is evidence for me too. I think it’s fair to say, every little thing that happens, I’ll be blaming coaching

So is thomas brown next man up for play calling? If this goes as it's looking there's no way you can keep going with biff on the play call.

I believe the Seahawks were ranking like 23rd in passing last season with Waldron. Their weapons were Metcalf, Lockett and smith (rookie 1st pick). Also had a really good running back group lead by Kenny Walker, but the run game was not a part of the game plan as much as it should have been. This all sounds pretty familiar

Re: Bears 8.0: Season being flushed down the drain
Waldron is straight up doo doo.
Some guys are gifted and are brilliant X's and O's theory, play designers AND situational football play callers.
Waldron might be one of those brilliant theory, chalkboard guys, but he has no sense of situational of football and when it's appropriate to CALL certain plays.
IDK if Football guys make that delineation (I'd be shocked if they didn't), but we have to separate the two (Play designer vs Play Caller).

WTF - On that 1st down run by CW, Allen was open right away.
Glad he got the 1st, but CW is looking like a slower running, less accurate version of Fields.

That's what I thought, but on the replay, it looked like there was a LB/s right off screen

Re: Bears 8.0: Season being flushed down the drain
I think a lot of these inaccurate passes from Williams is him overcompensating for not wanting to throw a pick. Doesn't want put the ball in harms way, so he overthrows/underthrows it by 3/4/5 yards. He just needs the confidence to put in a place his WRs can make the catch. Also, this is now 5 plus quarters Kmet hasn't had a catch/target after becoming the best combo on the team. Eventually, Waldron needs to make it the goal to get kmet the ball. But Waldron is just a designer, he doesn't know how to implement a gameplan in live game situations. And the design isn't that good either

True, but the game should not even be this close. Offense has been horrible. Should be up 14-3 at least over the Patriots' D.

Pats up by 7. With Waldon's offense that's probably an insurmountable lead.

So the argument for Flus is he gets the defense to play well and the team wins in Chicago.
This game is destroying that argument.

If the Bears lose today I seriously doubt they win another game

I legit feel for Bears fans. Just a shocking collapse to the season. The Pats are awful.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

Lions are my surrogate team i hope you guys have one as well. Wife and family are from the burbs there and they're 1 million times more enjoyable of a team/franchise so it's easy enough.
