The Patriots offense is much more organized, against a better defense. Drake Maye is more clear on his options.

Yeah but does Ben see that? Caleb's issues on tape look a plenty right now. Slow processor. Inaccurate. Anxious/overthinker personality type without that cool under pressure brady/rodgers/mahommes(Daniels?) ability. It looks pretty unappealing right now.

once i realized Caleb was going to be a bear, i came to the conclusion that it would be best to keep Fields and have Willaims start his career on the bench. I didn't think he'd be ready and he clearly isn't. There's a lot of things working against him, but some of this stuff is just him being bad. I think Williams gets a pass on his performance this season. Even the stuff that is clearly his fault. This offense is so poorly coached on every imaginable level that its very unreasonable to ask a rookie to overcome that
