He seems to be a hungover on Sunday person. This is a pretty obvious pattern going back to last season.

Might be the most lopsided trades in NBA history from that perspective.
Yeah, too bad GM Giannis got rid of Jrue.

No, just move Dame. The rest can be rebuilt with just a Dame trade.
Who wants a 35 year old guy making 45 million
Harden keeps finding takers, we'll be able to cash in.

I don't think you're in the minority. Rollins, AJax and especially Green have stepped up when given the opportunity. Trent and Wright got benched (Trent has an "injury"). Pat is playing the fewest MPG in his 7 seasons here. So I guess that's the silver lining here. We're getting to see 3 young guys play meaningful minutes.

Harden did not get Philly anything but a cash dump.

I really would like to see more of Tyler Smith to see how he handles playing with Giannis at the 5

You mean besides the two first rounders, two second rounders, and a pick swap?

This is true and Doc deserves credit for this adjustment.
But the Celtics exploited AJax's offensive limitations today. They effectively left him unguarded and forced doubles at Giannis and Dame. The Bucks would be better off if AJax was actively involved in the offense instead of standing in the corner. Even putting him in P&Rs with Giannis and Dame would force the Celtics to adjust.

Highlight of this season is our young guys stepping up. If Smitty gets added to the mix I will be stokedtheFireBlanket wrote:Packbuckman wrote:emunney wrote:I wish one of Green, Dre, or Rollins was a lanky forward.

He's earned more PT. An experiment worthy of pursuing

You will not get that for Lillard. But believe what you want.
Who wants Lillard besides possibly the Lakers.

Just imagine Dame in the Steph roll with Kerr's motion O. There are so many ways to make this work... unfortunately we are stuck with DocCoach Carter wrote:This Celtic's version of Jrue is what I wanted for him here but with Khris injured and no real point guard, we asked way too much of Jrue and he failed (in the playoffs) because he's not that guy, at least as an attacking threat, yet some people seem forget this. Horst should've tried to bring in Schröder, would've been a perfect complement to Jrue. Lillard is obviously talented but just seems like a losing player. I'd have to see him with a decent coach though. Doc is here to collect a paycheck, he has nothing to offer.
