RJ needs to change some of his core flaws or he’ll always be that player that’s frustrating to watch no matter his positives. IQ looks like he might not reach another level. He might just be the player he is (great 6th man type).

IQ , RJ are not the future. We need to find their replacements in the draft or trades. I don’t see then doing anything of substance that is conducive to winning in the playoffs
