I bumped in to Drake, and it was just a fleeting moment, but lets just say humility was the last descriptor I would ever use to describe that experience.

I also would love to sit down with the Weekend. The guy lived on the streets, he is sensitive about his lack of formal education, and he seems like a dude I would love to talk to and I also have a preference for his music. He truly is an interesting cat.

He's a true Scarborough Manz. I know some people who were friends with him growing up and they all say that he was just a pretty good dude. Liked to have fun, was into music, and wasn't arrogant... at all. Good rizz on that guy. He was also a pretty responsible young man lol he'd take care of the younger habesha/Ethiopian boys in his area when he was, himself, a kid.

Too bad he completely abandoned Toronto.

Why does anyone need to have loyalty to where they grew up? If someone wants to move elsewhere to live their life with their family then what's the issue? Has he ever been considered a brand Ambassador for the Raptors?

I think he's maintained longevity because 1) he's been healthy 2) he's been accurately paid and 3) he's an excellent teammate.

I think he's maintained longevity because 1) he's been healthy 2) he's been accurately paid and 3) he's an excellent teammate.

And 4) incredible work-ethic - he's somehow managed to make improvements every single season. Since leaving Toronto he's become a very good facilitator that can run an offense and has become significantly more efficient as a scorer. That's a testament to him doing whatever he can to solve his weaknesses.

They don't need to, but doing so would show loyalty, just like you said. It's fine if he wants to live elsewhere, but it would be nice if he gave back to the community (other than people that are just his friends). Throw a music festival, show up to some local sports games, shout out the city in some songs.
