Lamelo Ball has been going absolutely STUPID this season

LeMelo is just so hit/miss for me.

When he's on, he's so fun to watch and can absolutely take over a game. He's been scoring at a great clip this year, but he's really not offering a ton outside of that.

Of the top 9 players in the Hornets rotation, Melo is tied for last in A/TO ratio, which as a PG, is pretty awful.

The potential is there and he's flashed everything you need to see, just needs to do a better job of protecting the ball and running the offense. Hoping he can stay healthy, because they've got some fun, young pieces in place to build around.

kobe was fined the same amount in 2011 actually. They can fine players for saying dumb things, but nothing for essentially forcing dwight to retire for being bi. aiight

I am not sure why people think that the NBA should or why it actually does regulate speech. I would much rather they adopt the UFC's position and let their athletes say whatever they want without protecting them from the public repercussions.

But I kind of get it; they have advertisers, and the network guys pay money for interviews, so they want it clean it's not how people in the real world talk, though.

He missed 134 games in his first four years. That’s about 33 games a year on average. If that isn’t injury prone, what is?

And high usage isn’t necessarily a flattering stat. More often than not, it means you’re just trying to do too much.

LaMelo up to #5 all-time in usage for a single season. Just dropped a 50 burger going against Giannis. This team is so close to turning the corner.

LaMelo currently leading the league in 3 Point Field Goals, #3 in Field Goals, #3 in points per game, #9 in Offensive Plus/Minus, #11 in assists.

His efficiency is way better than the fools on here would have you believe. League average TS% on that shot selection and volume is a lot more impressive than it sounds.

The team around him is destroyed by injuries and absolutely dog ****. With Williams going down they have literally one NBA level forward healthy right now, that’s not an exaggeration. They played Taj Gibson to start.

People need to wake up and realize what LaMelo is.

Lavar told y'all the baby boy was going to be the best. This kid has All-NBA talent. I didn't even know he had this kind of ability. Better hope Charlotte doesn't get their full roster because right now it's just a 2 man show and a bunch of bodies. We a legit center away from really turning the corner as a franchise.
