AB is developing nicely. Most Magic fans have moved on from Fultz and love AB now. The scouts on here and in the wild that loved AB were dead on.

I didn't say 14 pgs, that was someone else but don't worry about fact checking. Also, the shooting stats comment I made were in response to someone bragging on his shooting was through 5 games and nothing to do with the small sample size from last year.

7.7 ppg, 4.1 apg, 2.8 rpg on 43/28/70 splits looks like a very nice backup point guard for the next decade for sure, he has actually been a lot worse than I projected him being... but a lot of people went too hard for him pre-draft so we have to act like these numbers are up to expectation for the 6th pick in the NBA draft for the next 12 months or so before people are willing to concede he just isn't special.

Black deserves to be a starter already if you listen to anyone who watches the Magic. He's ahead of where Suggs was at the same age. He's an elite defender.

Black is only 5 mos older than Houston's pick this season, and he has been better so far. Black is in the same boat as Reed. He has to earn minutes because the Magic have tried to win the past 2 seasons.

Black is the same exact height as Derozan. With his defense and passing skills, he'll be hard to stop as he gets stronger.

The problem with AB is that he's been drafted to a team that isn't really suited to showcase his strenghts. Paolo, Franz, Suggs all need the ball in their hands to be the most effective, and so does AB.

Once he adapts he's going to be a stud IMO

Wow, you were one of the few people who was expecting more from him at this point. Most people realize that 20 year olds very rarely play a winning type of basketball. I just looked at the last 25 6th picks and only 1 all-star and most out of the league shortly after their rookie contract was over.

I watched him play vs Hornets other night, they were daring him to shoot all game. Leaving him wide open and he shot 1/8 from 3 where he could have set the ball down retie his shoes and still had a clean look because there is no urgency to guard his terrible shot.

Giddey has averaged 1.3 more 3-pt shots per 100 possessions. That's close to the same. Blacks will likely increase with age
