Only reason this game is close right now is because Jake Elliott is having a stroke. He’s left 7 points on the board.

No wonder Sirianni doesn't trust him but still you cannot continue gonon 4th down when it makes no sense which almost costs us that game.

I mean, Jake Elliott has won us plenty of games before, so I can’t hate on him. But what a bad game for him lol.

Oops.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Very....should've been 33 points courtesy of Elliot, but whose counting anymore.

I was completely wrong about Saquon Barkley. I felt he had nothing left after his ypc plummeted last season, and that's usually the sign of decline for most RBs. In fact, he hadn't averaged 4.5 ypc since 2019.

This season, he looks like the best running back in the game and is averaging 5.8.

It's scheme/offensive line:

You can see he clearly wasn't the same after 2019, but he's still really good, and because they're able to get him further downfield before he gets touched than the Giants did, his YPA shot up.
BaF Lakers:

Nikola Topic/Kasparas Jakucionis
VJ Edgecombe/Jrue Holiday
Shaedon Sharpe/Cedric Coward
Kyle Filipowski/Collin Murray-Boyles
Alex Sarr/Clint Capela

Bench: Malcolm Brogdon/Hansen Yang/Rocco Zikarsky/RJ Luis Jr.

This loss might be the best thing to happen this season for Daniels to learn how to handle top defenses at all 3 phases of the game to becoming an elite QB.

It must be nice having a good OL.

Spoiler: I wouldn't know. :(

It's a shame too because Kenneth Walker is a damn good back.

If ARod had our OL, the Jets would be so scary offensively. I feel bad for him...

A lot of offensive lines around the league aren't great. But you can tell which teams do & don't invest in it. Philly, to their credit has always been one of those teams.

Some others? Not so much.

Jags have invested into their O line

Cam Robinson and Walker Little were both 2nd round picks, with Robinson getting a premium 2nd contract from us
Ezra Cleveland we traded for and gave a decently big contract
Mitch Morse isn't super high paid but it was above average for the position
Brendan Scherff is paid like a top 10 guard (and he signed 3 years ago, it was even more back then)
We just drafted Anton Harrison in the 1st last year

Still a below average line at best.

For old immoble QB like Brady and Arod, it should be paramount. Jets drafted right but need more help. For us, that investment will turn into celebration at the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
