It 100% is, and is the same exact reason why our summer league teams always look like they aren't competitive compared to everyone elses. This franchise has been run really well from like a branding and community perspective. But if you take that away and only look at basketball operations, I can't think of another pro team that's been worse.
Over the past eight years and counting, there's a much worse pro team on the other side of Center City, just a few blocks away.

Re: Greensboro Swarm: The G-League Thread
Doubt the Swarm thread is going to see a ton of action this season, but we'll see.
We won against the Wizards G league team last night, who I learned start both Leaky Black and Mouhamadou Gueye. Looks like our summer league squad is their G league farm team.
Also, their team name is the Capital City Go-Go, which would normally be a lame name if it wasn't an ode to an all time classic groove tune by John Scofield w/ MMW:

Go Go was also a whole genre of dance-y music in the 80s/90s that originated in DC

Swarm are 4-1. Seems like we might have found ourselves a good coach.

Re: Greensboro Swarm: The G-League Thread
Current Swarm big Reggie Perry isn't Grant but if you squint hard you see a similar player, wonder if he could soak up some PT until Miles Nick Mark return

Re: Greensboro Swarm: The G-League Thread
NSJr is too good of a 3 point shooter to give up on this early unless we get something good in return for him.

Re: Greensboro Swarm: The G-League Thread
In less interesting news, couple moves by the Swarm. One of these is a guy from DET's G league team, guessing the Swarm head coach has coached him before.
