He looks like his floor is a more fluid Rashard Lewis.

Demin looks like the kind of guy who can run an offense nicely too if he's got shooting around him. I haven't seen much of Harper (and he seems like a tough evaluation), but things seem promising even if we don't get Flagg, but can snag a pick around 5, yeah.

How am I being negative? Most lottery sims have us dropping to fifth. I get we all want Cooper or Bailey, but I'm wondering what other players besides the top picks should we be looking at?

I mean, nit picky stuff but obviously that makes a difference when you talk about super star or perennial star.

Show me another player that's been #1 in two drafts. He's been vetted more than anybody in this draft.

To me he’s the best size to skill ratio of the candidates and I’m most interested to see his combine results/measurements.

The only thing that stands in Flagg's way of being a superstar is his jumper.
Some make an inaccurate comparison to Scottie (who's a much better passer) but Flagg is already way ahead in creating off the dribble but still his issue is he's not a reliable shooter at this point. But if (maybe when) his jumper improves he has all the other intangibles to be a star. If he can get his 3pt shooting over 36+% and have a good pull up in the mid-range then he can become a superstar, if not he should still be at least an all-star level player.
