Sadly there are a ton of Casuals complaining about L's (in a blatant tank) and asking for a new coach. Too funny

Wish the casuals would stop posting then if they're going to be nothing but insufferable whiners. This is what a rebuild looks like and I'm loving it.

We are only 3 games back out of the 10th place. So when you want to be realistic, you should take into account that our injured players will come back, our schedule will geht lighter and at some point we will win some of those close game instead of losing. We had 10 close games this season and only won 1!

Also, there is 0% chance that we will be 2-13 after the game with Boston.

Honestly...thats tin foil cap stuff. Not surprised, i guess.

Isn't it possible that hes an inexperienced coach that is having trouble with late game management? Like...come on now.

What are they gonna say if/when he still sucks at it when we're trying to be competitive?

While i see him being let go for a better in game coach eventually, theres no way masai lets him go before giving him a chance. Maybe multiple like he gave casey, masai is very loyal. That's what im talking about, It can get ugly in that circumstance.

Or the conspiracy theorists might be right and hes secretly the second coming of Red Auerbach and he's hiding his final form from us. We just haven't seen his final form!

No complaints this season. Likely not even next season. By year 3...he's probably got a year left if it's a 4 year deal...then you can fire him if you think you are done with the development phase.

I think size, skill, and athleticism is what I would be after it's why I left the French guard off the list. Unless they have an outlier physical attribute it's hard to see them transition well to the next level. Athleticism and physical attributes usually separate the good players from the great players.

"6’6 shooting guard … Good length with a 6’10 wingspan." He seems to have reasonable size for a SG. His shot looks pretty nice too. Exciting draft. I'm feeling confident with a top 8 pick.

I was reminiscing about other awful Raptor squads this morning. The 1997-1998 roster holds the record for the worst Raptors team of all time, that team went 16-66 with a .195 W%

1. 1997-98, 16-66, .195 W%
2. 1995-96, 21-61, .256 W%
3. 2010-11, 22-60, .268 W%
4. 2002-03, 24-58, .293 W%
5. 2023-24, 25-57, .305 W%

This team could end up being one of the worst Raptor teams of all time, they're 2-11 with a .154 W%,

That puts them on pace to lose a staggering 70 games. Barnes and Quickley are still out, as are Kelly and Bruce, and I have no doubt others will go down with injuries as the season goes on. Just wait until Jakob gets hurt and sits for 5-10 games

On the 30th anniversary it would be very fitting if the Raptors went 21-61, as they did in 95/96

I am well aware why we suck right now. By the time those injured players come back the hole is going to be way, way too deep. Even in the weak East. Like I said, does anyone know even a rough date of return for ANY of those injured 4 players?

Losing close games is what bad teams do. There is no reason to think we are going to suddenly start pulling those games out. We have guys playing 3-4 slots higher than they should be, and even some guys that shouldn't be playing at all.
