Sorry, I know personal attacks are not allowed, I didn't think it would qualify as personal attack, but I guess it is. That player kicks opponents in the balls, stomps the opponents, gets in the fights and chokes people from behind, grabs opponent legs, and to me, seeing that guy still having defenders is frankly, sickening. The defenses that oh - the guy didn't get hurt, is simply put, disgusting. Hope I don't get banned over that trash player, but I am sick of all his garbage.

You're welcome to say whatever you want about Draymond. He's not here so you're not starting a fight with him. He's a big boy and can handle whatever folks say. Everyone should be welcome to have an opinion about him without being insulted, and that includes his haters and his fans.

On the contrary, his haters are petty, vindictive simpletons.

Dude you just reported a comment and then did the same thing you reported.

Attacks/insults like this are not allowed. Debate each other's posts or ignore them. Don't insult people as simpletons. -b

Do we need somebody to be seriously hurt to figure out Green is dirty?

At this point, he needs a lifetime ban.

How many of these incidents have there been? When someones career is affected, the NBA will be liable for the damages.

I wouldn’t complain if they did throw him out of the game for bringing the game into dispute or whatever, he does all manner of low key dirty stuff to put other players off their game. The headlock thing last year was among things that were totally unacceptable.

My objection is to contentions that he deliberately significantly injures other players, which he actually has never done. If you want an example take the play-off series in 2022 against the Grizzlies when Brooks hit GP2 with a forearm to the head, causing him to fall, breaking his elbow, Green deliberately fouled someone to make him earn the 2 points then supported him to the ground.

Soft.

Let's see you cry for murder when someone does this to Steph.

Steph literally has scars on his arm from being grabbed. Defenders have been getting away with murder on Steph for years.

Boooohooohoohooo. Everybody's got skin cuts. Check any player's arms. Have you seen Jokic's? Come on man, you're comparing scrapes on arm to an ankle grab that could've been career-ending?

Thread started well... then some GSW fans jumped in with absolute nonsense - Way to stay classy guys

Dray is the biggest cheap shot merchant out there. You can't change my mind, so don't waste your time gents.

He is an absolute thug. (being that I'm aboriginal, does calling him a thug make ME racist?)

I think it's pretty difficult to accidentally kick and punch opponents in the balls repeatedly. Given the fact he managed to stop doing that after he got suspended in the Finals, I'm inclined to think it wasn't accidental.

Steve Adams didn’t seem to think so, and would have been about the last guy in the NBA anyone would have chosen for deliberate testicular kicking I would have thought, and the LeBron thing was complete nonsense.

Many GSW fans are sick of his antics, and anyone of his age should have better control of his temper particularly if a father of children.

Plenty of players have been injured by being taken out in the air, I can recall even LeBron doing it, but Green despite his reputation has never done that. You obviously can’t put someone in a prolonged headlock live on TV, playing basketball at least, but I doubt he was actually trying to choke the guy to death.

Yes, and despite being apparently the dirtiest player ever he hasn’t significantly injured anyone. Last time I asked whom he had injured someone put up a finger injury/dislocation he did cause but that was due to a routine ball swipe/steal attempt that wasn’t even called a foul. Otherwise nothing.

He is a hothead and gets away with trying to put other players off their games and I am fine with him being criticised for same, but there are plenty of players who have deliberately or recklessly significantly injured other players, and he isn’t one of them.

Have you been in a pick-up game with Dray recently? Because you're making concussion-like argument.

What you said is basically "Yes, Draymond may be running around and firing live ammo, but hey, his bullets have never killed anybody - so why should we bother?".

He is likely to play another ~250 NBA games. One of these days he's actually going to cause a gruesome injury. What will be the argument then?

There won’t be one if and when that happens.

My only point is that petulant though his behaviour may be he has been in the NBA for 12 years as a famously hard nosed defender and has never significantly injured any player, which seems unusual if he is actually the dirtiest player ever. I can point to plenty of players who have caused career altering injuries, including LeBron against James Wiseman in his rookie year, Amare Stoudamire on Andrew Bogut, whoever took Klay Thompson out in the air in the 2019 finals (Danny Green actually) causing his ACL injury, Vince Carter on Patrick McCaw (a spinal contusion but he never played with any confidence thereafter) etc, etc.

Green has temper tantrums which would be reprehensible in a 3 year old, but he is not an axe murderer.

NBA players need to grow a pair and start stomping him out every time he tries some stupid crap like that. I bet if everyone just starts stomping on his head repeatedly the league will be forced to do something about him seeing that it's so bad that the players don't care anymore and say F it I'll take a suspension if I get to cave his face in.

One more chance. Not that he deserves it, but next clear non basketball agression and you're a banned ex-NBA player

that ship has sailed. last time they suspended him, dray acted like a child and threatened to retire and adam silver called him and begged him not to.

what kind of message does that send?

He and Embiid seem to enjoy ruining careers. They must be miserable people.
