When Jerry finally gives up the reigns to Stephen "if the Cowboys decide not to cash out and sale the team", I hope Stephen or whomever hires a GM, team president, etc. and let the front office run the team.

You really think Stephen will be any better? I have absolutely no faith in him either. Its time the Cowboy fans demand top football people and football minds making the decisions with all things regarding football operations, not owners and their kids. Having a meddling owner with a lousy Gm and mostly puppets for coaches the past 29 years isn't working. The sample size is plenty big enough now. I remember the first 29 years of the Cowboys existence when they started out from nothing with Tom Landry and Tex Schramm and built a football empire. Feels and visually seems like the current ownership has been trending in the wrong direction since Jerry run Jimmy out of the building. Expecting lean time for about 3 or 4 years.

imo-The closest we have been to winning in recent was when we had Romo, and DeMarco Murray, and that great O-Line.
Any GM should know,if you dont acquire a running game, you are in deep ****.

Oh hell, Jerry has found a way to be the GM for eternity. Looks like BJJ will forever be a Chiefs fan, well at least until they start to suck and he jumps to a new team.

I’m convinced that Will McClay is no longer in charge of player personnel. There’s no way in hell it was his decision to bring back Zeke or to trade their last two 4th round picks for backups.
