Let's make it the weekend of caveat wins. I'll take 'em both.

Their size up front poses a problem. We'd have a better chance with Donavan playing but not their PF or C.

Ball (L Index Finger Sprain), Bridges (R Knee, Injury Mgmt), and Mann (Low Back, Injury Mgmt) are questionable

Would be kinda funny if Salaun wins you this game in the clutch. He's not a 'normal' 6th pick in a normal draft, but he's not as bad as some people think he is.

90% sure they made up LaMelo's injury so he doesn't have to play a back to back.

I would be BEYOND SHOCKED if Salaun won any game in the clutch, also shocked if he could register more than 10 points or shoot 50% overall. This kid isn’t as raw as Kai, but it’s close. He's not a knucklehead like Kai, but his hands are poor, he has no bounce or elevation, and his shooting is worse than any player selected in the lottery. I hope he grows into a serviceable good player, but let’s not deny what he is and isn’t right now. His pluses? He works hard, hustles, and gets decent position on defense. Has a good sense of the game for being so young. That’s all I can see, other than the hoped for potential Peterson saw through starry eyed trips to France.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I would not be shocked at all, because I think he is Oubre. Nothing is hotter than a hot Oubre. If you told me he went 9/9 from 3 in one quater, I would be like, "it's about damn time bro".

He has something special with his ability to hit the 3pt shot. We saw it in preseason. Shooters are streaky. When the shot is going, everything will seem a little brighter.

What's the gist of the response(s)? (I dropped Twitter-X/FB many moons ago)

Super childish/thoughtless language but $100K seems excessive.

Ty Jerome starting - let's get some Miller matchups going against him.

Gotta say - a cleveland sports team wearing Carolina blue feels sacrilegious.

Early energy not looking promising. Time to put in Moussa.

Nata deactivated his account after some other Hornets posters dug up tweets from 2010 of him saying same thing as Melo. This was after Nata was saying it was unacceptable what Melo said. Just odd behavior all around.
