I spent like an hour trying to figure out if he was hurt. There was no other explanation. During that fourth quarter when we missed like 10 straight three pointers show would have been nice to have had a guy rebound half of them and send them back our why

He's gonna have to figure out his place next to LaMelo. It's very easy to forget he's only a second year player, and has played about 20ish games with him in his career. LaMelo has been really ball-dominant in our offense this year and that's probably a pretty big adjustment to our late season Clifford offense with him and Bridges taking turns firing whatever shots they want. I'm not worried about Miller at all, he doesn't appear to have taken a big leap or anything but he's too good a shooter to continue playing as bad as he's been the last few games... but I'm really hoping to see some improved playmaking and shot creation out of him.

My bigger issues comes with Lee who seems to be taking the mid-range away from him and forcing threes like everyone else. I think Miller needs those mid-range shots to get into a rhythm. Miller has shot 11,11,11,11,11, and 12 threes in our last six games and only one of those games has he actually shot well from 3. That shouldn't be happening.

Definitely agree. Tatum notoriously had a pretty disappointing Sophmore yr when Hayward returned to the lineup and Kyrie was playing more.

I will say Brandom's handle is making nervous. Feels a lot more loose as compared to the end of last season when he started to show off a more dynamic half court game.
Your Charlotte Hornets! We’ll eventually get something right;right?

I thought early in this game the fatigue of the back to back really showed. We missed a ton of bunny shots, especially Cody Martin. Probably his roughest game of the year. After getting blessed by the Refs vs Milwaukee we are back to the Hornets, 28 to 12 FTA in favor of the Cavs. Ty Jerome had a superstar whistle for a good 15 min run. I swear he drew like 6 fouls in a matter of mins.

Brandon in a massive shooting slump but he shot 38% from deep in college on a massive amount of attempts, 37% last year on a massive amount of attempts. He will regress to the mean in time, but would be nice if Lee was able to get him some easier attempts in the meantime so he isn't shooting 25% by the time he does get back on track.

Silver lining is that Josh Green looked like a totally different player the last 2 games. Hope that sticks.

I agree on letting Miller leverage his mid range. The 3pt spamming won't work efficiently enough until this team has some bigs who can set screens anyway.

To be honest though, there is maybe 1-2 threes per game that Miller takes that I think man not a great shot. He just needs to make more of them and he will be fine. If we are talking shot selection, LaMelo takes a significant amount of worse shots but he is just making them so hard to complain.

Miller will get going, I think it is more of a minor tweak by him and coaching staff rather some underlying big issue.
