Even for Pat that missed dunk was really bad.

I keep expecting Vuc's hot shooting streak to end, but each game he fights it off.

Giddey won’t be here long term. It’s not that he doesn’t want to try on defense but he might actually be the worst defender I’ve seen in the past few years and that’s saying something.

I wonder how he'd do with a proper defensive center to ward off penetration. I didn't pay attention to him at all last year paired with Holmgren altering offenses, alas. Vuc is flashing great shooting tonight but he's still just a sieve down there.

Josh is a very solid player, hell, I'd say he is more than being a capable starting level point guard. However, I don't think he has the goods to be elite, and he should probably receive a contract on par with what we gave to Patrick. As others have said, make it a 2 season deal, and make him earn a bigger deal later. I just don't think there are other teams that are going to be clamoring to give him 30 million plus.

The problem is that he’s just not a complimentary player. He needs to be surrounded with defenders and scorers and he’s not good enough to build a team around.

I’m sure he’ll find he’s niche somewhere but I just can never see him being a 30MPG main guy on an above average team.

OKC doesn’t count because they phased him out very quickly after carrying him all season.
