Beasley strikes me as a "I love coming in, and shooting instantly" type of guy. He loves it, and he feasts on bench guys.Cowology wrote:Serious question; is he a starter?? Not just right now, but for his next contract.
Long term we want to get Ausar/Ron into the lineup. Is Beasley a perennial 6th man? Start games with defense, but he's still top 4 or 5 in mpg and frequently finishes games.
Is that the role he wants? Is someone going to pay him to start, or is he Malik Monk? I really dunno.
Maybe Ivey is the 6th man? This can still go a lot of different ways. But it's a good problem to have.
